This is a functional property, fairly clean, and located near a safe area within walking distance to the town centre, suburbs, and the train station. The location is peaceful and beautiful - in the centre of the town. Would like to come again, no complains at all, loved it very much.

The location of Old Fort Lodge is in a nice quiet area with a good neighborhood. The host and staff were friendly and helpful.- The room was spacious and the plentiful breakfast was much appreciated.- Central heating and an iron were always available.

Convenient Location: I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the suburbs. Plus, being close to both a lovely quiet area and the city center made attending a wedding super easy 💫.

Peter, the host, was incredibly helpful and accommodating during our Easter stay. He made sure we had a delicious breakfast every morning, even waking up early to accommodate our early starts. the location was great - just a short bike ride away from the town center and within easy reach of Strandhill and Knocknaree.

The shower could use some maintenance and the door handles were quite squeaky, making it hard to be quiet. the bed was also not very comfortable and the curtains let in a lot of light in the morning.

The accommodation was cozy and conveniently located near the suburbs and city center, just as I had hoped for.

I had a great time staying in the suburbs, the bed was comfortable, and I slept well, I would definitely recommend it.
